Great importance is placed on the provision of a varied and nutritious diet. All meals are prepared in-house using only the finest ingredients and local produce form the home of good food in Wales.
We have a sample menu that we detail below but we must stress that the actual menu on a day-to-day basis depends on individual dietary needs and of course the availability of the first class ingredients that we use.
