About us

The Spa Residential Home is situated in the picturesque Spa town of Llandrindod Wells, close to the town centre and boating lake.

The Spa was first established in 1970. Our family took over the running of the home in 1986 and we are proud of our achievements, especially the difference we have made to the quality of life for those in our care.

We cater for all levels of dependence and specialise in the care of people with dementia. At the Spa our main aim is to ensure clients feel happy and secure in their twilight years. Our friendly staff are on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week and are trained to provide the very best care for all levels of dependency whilst respecting the clients privacy at all times.

Clients are able to maintain the same degree of freedom and independence that they enjoyed in their own home but with the reassurance that there is always someone on hand to provide assistance, advice or even just to chat with - any time - day or night. There are no visiting hours and family and friends are free to visit at any time.

At the Spa our philosophy remains to 'do unto others as we would have done to ourselves'.
